AB3 Hockey & Syracuse Squall Host Week of Spring Development Clinics
Syracuse, NY — AB3 Hockey, in collaboration with Syracuse Squall, will host a full slate of on-ice development opportunities this week at Meachem Ice Rink, offering both skills sessions and body checking clinics for youth hockey players.
The Spring Skills Clinics will take place on April 27, April 28, and April 30, with multiple sessions each evening. These high-tempo sessions are designed to help players continue their development during the offseason, focusing on skating, puck control, shooting, and game play in a competitive and structured environment.
In addition, two Body Checking Clinics will be held on April 27 and April 29 from 6:45–7:45 PM. These sessions are open to players born in 2013 and older and will emphasize proper checking technique, angling, positioning, and safe, effective puck separation. Each checking session is limited to 15 skaters to ensure quality instruction and repetition.
All sessions will be led by Austin Block (AB3 Hockey) and are open to players across the area looking to improve their skills this spring.
Clinics will be held at the John Dunn Ice Rink in Meachem, Syracuse, NY, for $45 per session.
Players are encouraged to register early, as space is limited—especially for the checking clinics.
